1. Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to register and settle in.
  2. You can cancel the class up to 6 hours before class (no charge). You may do this by;
    1. Selecting cancel next to where you reserved your booking online.
    2. Calling the studio directly to speak to a representative.
  3. If your package expiration date is due and you still have sessions left, by buying a new package you can keep your sessions.
  4. No shows will be deducted from your package.
  5. In case you wish to freeze your membership due to travel, kindly notify the reception prior to your leave. You can freeze your membership for 1 month maximum.
  6. Your booking is guaranteed until 3 minutes before the class, after which we will give any available spots to walk-in wait listers in fairness to other clients. For members running late, we ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way.
  7. If you call the front desk at least 5 minutes before class begins, we will hold a reservation for up to 10 minutes after class starts, though we cannot guarantee you will be given the bike you signed up for in class.
  8. Last entry to class is 10 mins past the start if there is still availability. No exceptions, beyond this time as late entry is disruptive.
  9. If you are planning to leave the class early, please tell you instructor.
  10. Payments are accepted online which will be processed via our third-party payment provider and we accept Mastercard, Visa & Debit cards in AED and other currencies.
  11. Payment can also be processed in the studio as classes booked in deficit credits (owing) may be settled upon arrival.
  12. All payments for packages, once processed, are non-refundable with the exception of a written medical condition note, supplied by your GP. In special circumstances, such as relocation, you can transfer of the remainder of your package to a nominated person.
  13. Merchandise bought from Storm retail is non-refundable, however may be exchanged or used for in-store credit on other merchandise only.
  14. Special events, like courses and workshops, are not included in packages or memberships.

  17. You can rent our space for a private event.
